Anla Courtis and Egnekn Montgomery representing The Ministry of Mess and The Minstry of Lamination met in Buenos Aires on January 31, 2006 to discuss the possibility of laminating some of the mess in the world. The meeting was recorded on Anla's cassette recorder which was held together by duct tape and squealing as it recorded. The tape was transferred to a CD, smashed and grinded to a pulp then given to Egnekn who laminated the mess. This CDR is a document of the orginal recording and is package with the laminations of the smashed CD. Edition of 31
